Requirements:
Income - 3 times the amount of the rent per month (Gross) - Proof of 4 recent pay stubs.
Identification - A valid Driver's license, ID or a passport. Social Security number or a W7.
Application Fee (non-Refundable) - $50 per every adult 18 years or older Admin Fee (Non-Refundable) - $150 if approved and required to reserve your apartments.
Risk Credit Fee (Non-Refundable) - $400 if credit below 600 but no less than 500 and have no credit or have credit issues.
Security Deposit (Refundable) - $500 up to one month rent.
Monthly Recurring Fees:
Trash Fee: $10 monthly
Pest Control Fee: $12
Liability to Landlord Insurance Fee: $13.5
Additional Fees if Applicable:
Pet Fee one time (Non-refundable): $300 if Applicable
Pet Rent: $30 per month if Applicable
Water is sub metered and is added monthly.
